"Delivery showed up late"
The delivery ended up arriving later than the estimate they gave me. I get that delays happen, but come on now, at least give a more accurate update.

I’m kind of rushed writing this, but the bottle looked good when I first opened it. After using it a bit, though, the material just feels really cheap and it scratches way too easily. For the price, I expected better. Disappointed

"Warranty support was honestly a joke"

I’ll give it credit for keeping drinks cold, but this bottle is too heavy once it’s filled up. I tried using it for my daily commute and errands, but after a few days I stopped carrying it because it was such a hassle. I was frustrated enough that I ended up reaching out to customer service about it, because it feels like a big design issue for something meant to be portable

"Smaller than I expected"
I ordered this from coldest.com a few weeks ago thinking it would hold more than it does. The bottle looks bulky in my bag, so I figured it would last me through most of the day, but by lunchtime or early afternoon I’m usually already running low. It’s not a terrible bottle or anything, it just doesn’t really fit what I needed for my daily routine

"Actually tough… but that lid annoyed me"
I’ve been using my coldest bottle every day for the past few months it’s been solid. I’ve dropped it twice at work and it only ended up with one small dent, which is kind of impressive. It still keeps my water cold like it did on day one. But then the lid scratched way too easily and that really bugged me because come on, why is the bottle tougher than the lid? Overall I still like it, just taking off one star for that.

"Wish I’d picked a smoother straw bottle"
The bottle itself is fine, but I kind of regret going with this one because the straw is more annoying than I expected. Sometimes I have to take a few pulls before I actually get water, and it just doesn’t feel as smooth as it should. It’s still usable, but for the price, I wish it worked a little better.

"Promo code wouldn’t work"
I tried using the discount code they were advertising at checkout, but it just kept saying it was invalid with no real explanation. I reached out to support, but they took so long to get back to me that I gave up and bought from another site. it left me wondering if they just use promo codes to get people in the door and hope you’ll pay full price anyway.

coldest.com looks slick. The design is clean and doesn’t feel all cluttered, which I really like. The product pics look solid, and the colors match the brand vibe really well. "I really wanted to like this bottle..."
I really wanted to like this bottle because it does look nice, but it’s leaked in my gym bag a few times now. It keeps water cold okay, so that part is fine, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I feel like a gym bottle shouldn’t be this stressful to carry around

I picked up a bottle from coldest.com mainly because I was expecting really solid ice retention, but it didn’t live up to what I had in mind.

I filled it with ice and cold water in the morning, then used it like I normally would between my car and work. By early afternoon, most of the ice was already melted, and it wasn’t even a particularly hot day.
For what it costs, I expected it to perform noticeably better. My cheaper bottle seems to do about the same, maybe even a little better, so I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

"Such a Pain to Clean Every Time"
The lid gets gross quickly and it just Won’t rinse clean no matter what I do. Kind of annoying to deal with Every time.

This kept my drink cold pretty much all day, which was exactly what I needed. The lid does feel a little bulky in the hand, but it’s not a huge deal... just something I noticed after using it a bit.

I really wanted to like this bottle, but the water actually tasted a bit plasticky from the start. After about a week, it also started holding onto bad smells, even after washing it. Just didn’t work out for me.

"Checkout worked, but the wait was annoying"
Checkout was fine overall, but it definitely wasn’t the easiest. The cart loaded without any issues and my card went through, but the shipping details felt kind of hidden, so I had to go back twice just to double-check the total.

Nothing actually broke, which was good, but between the clunky steps and having to wait in a queue longer than I expected, it got frustrating. The confirmation email came through quickly at least, so it worked in the end, but the whole process could be a lot smoother.

I got this after a friend recommended it, and it’s been a good bottle so far. It fits in the dishwasher just fine, which is super convenient. The only thing is the lid sometimes needs an extra rinse to get fully clean, but overall I’m happy with it.
